30 Day Guarantee
You may return any item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if your are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. If the item is damaged, see our warranty terms below.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and the UPC code for the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Warranty
All orders come with a 90 day replacement warranty. If our product is damaged from normal use, the customer must contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number, UPC code, and a description of what happened. We may or may not request pictures or videos for proof of the damaged item. We always try to improve our products so we may have the damaged part or the entire item shipped to us at our expense for further investigation. Once approved that the item was damaged from normal use, we will send you 1 more of the damaged part or entire item for free. Only 1 replacement of the damaged part or item is covered by this warranty.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
We have FREE shipping when you buy in the USA except for our larger custom items such as fire tables and ice chest stereos. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products may not be shipped to international destinations.
We require one day to process the order not including Sundays or US Postal Service holidays. Orders received after 12PM wont' be processed until the next business day. Business days are per the US Postal Service open days. Custom made fire tables and ice chest stereos have a 5 business day processing time.
Local Delivery
Order the day before we deliver for 1 day delivery on stock items to the following locations on the day specified. Orders received on the delivery day will be delivered the following week.

Saturday Delivery for Orleans/Jefferson Parishes
Sunday Delivery for Folsom/Bogalusa
